Q: Can you customize formulas for my government regulations?
Ricos offers a complete line of cheese, salsa and peppers and nachos all of which can be packaging in multiple formats and in numerous languages. Our products are found in 44 countries labeling in English, Spanish, French, German and Korean. We will soon be adding Japanese and Chinese. Q: How should Ricos products be stored, what is are the number servings, and shelf life?
All of our products are aseptically
packaged which means that the products undergo extensive sterilization
to give them an extended shelf life. This is especially important if you
are trying a new program or represent the international market. Most of
our products have one year shelf life before opening and after opening
can be stored like any other dairy product under refrigeration for a few
days. Our dispenser products are unique in that you can leave them in
your heated dispenser for up to 6 days.
Q: What is the difference between an
Automatic Pump and Gravity machine?
The Automatic pump is more effective as it “sucks” the cheese out of the
bag, which gives a lower waste ratio. The Gravity machine relies on
weight to push the cheese out of the bag. This gives a higher waste
factor and longer dispensing times as the product empties.
Q: What is the cost of equipment?
The cost of equipment varies, but all of the equipment we sell are built
with a focus on the machines and the products paying for themselves in
short time period.
Q: What can you offer in terms of marketing
support?
Ricos Products maintains its own in house advertising department that
offers professional photography, design and printing of most forms and
marketing materials. If you need something customized, we will be happy
to help and welcome your input and creativity.

and if so by how much?
Get "more for your money” is just what we had in mind when Ricos
developed its most popular formula known as the Profit Maker. The
formula allows you to add up to 52 oz of water or jalapeño juice or a
combo of both for additional yield.
Our ready to serve product can also be extended by adding slightly less liquid. Q: Can I freeze Ricos cheese?
You may place any unused Cheese Sauce in freezer stable containers or
bags and place them in the freezer. Just thaw them out when you are
ready to use. Our cheese sauce is designed to withstand three
freeze/thaw cycles. Covered, opened containers have a refrigerated shelf
life of up to two weeks.
